A traditional “bumped out” bank of windows replaced the 1970’s addition in the old kitchen. Afternoon sun now floods the beautiful new kitchen with light.

East of Patrick

A busy couple wanted a casual getaway where they could retreat from their hectic lifestyle.  With limited time to travel or manage two households, they did the next best thing and built their new home with a “resort” attitude.

We paired a light airy color palette with mission style moldings in this expanded “Cape” style home. Windows stretch across the entire back of the house to create a sunny room that invites you to relax and take in the views.

The classic white cabinets and white marble take a twist toward casual with the addition of a 4″ thick butcher block in the island.
